I am literally so excited about what Brandee is doing with Equestrian Edge Fitness. There is so much value in her programs because they are so efficient and so effective. The visual tutorials makes all the difference in the world. Regardless if in the horse industry or not her program is beneficial and has been an added benefit to my health kick and I love her entire approach with what she is doing.

Learning from Brandee has been an eye opener for me because in the past I never put the purpose behind the exercise and how that exercise applies to the muscles I am using when I am riding. Her program makes me feel like something I can continue to do long term vs. being some sort of fad that I just do for a couple of days and that's really cool to me.

Not only do I think the Equestrian Edge Fitness workouts are good as far as getting you in shape & keeping you in shape but I feel like they are so doable because they are only about 20 minutes and I can manage to make a routine like that fit in the day especially because I know how effective it will be.
